Grid: Grid frequency (UN-G-F and OV-G-F)
The inverter has detected a frequency that is lower (UN-G-F) or higher (OV-G-F) than the normal operating range.
The most likely cause is the grid code is not set correctly.
Alternative cause is a temporary grid issue caused by a rapidly changing load.
- Check the grid standard is correct.
This is an inverter driven issue.
Issue Creation
If the inverter sends a single message with this type of alarm in a 24hr period an issue will be created.
Resolution:
If a 24hr period passes with good production, and not futher alarms, the issue will be automatically resolved.
