The inverter can not detect a connection to the grid.

Possible causes are;

• The AC Switch is off.
• The AC connection has not been correctly installed.
• An RCD has flipped.
• The grid code is not set correctly.

1. Ensure that all switches, breakers and fuses are working well and in the “On” position.
2. Check that the AC connection on the inverter is correctly installed.
3. Check the grid standard is correct.
4. Turn the DC Switch Off and measure the AC voltages.

This is an inverter driven issue.

Issue Creation

If the inverter sends a single message with this type of alarm in a 24hr period an issue will be created.

Resolution:

If a 24hr period passes with good production, and not futher alarms, the issue will be automatically resolved.
