Monitoring – MyAutarco Setup

Once the Autarco server is successfully receiving monitoring messages, you need to link the data to a specific system in Helios and generate end customer logins to MyAutarco.

By entering and pairing the serial numbers for these items, Helios knows on which system, inverter and string the received monitoring data should be allocated. We then start visualizing the data in MyAutarco for both Dealer and end customer, and use the monitoring data for performance analysis.

There are three steps to setting up a monitoring connection;

  1. Install the monitoring device
  2. Connect the device to the local connection (or data network)
  3. Setup MyAutarco

To Setup MyAutarco;

On the systems page in Helios, navigate to the ‘Asset Management’ button in the top right corner, and then to ‘Monitoring Setup’. Here you will be asked to enter the serial numbers for both the inverters and the monitoring adapters. Fulfilled serial numbers will be provided if available. If there are multiple inverters, be sure to match the inverters and monitoring adapters correctly.

Once the serial numbers are entered, Helios checks whether monitoring data is coming in and you can confirm the setup.

Serial numbers are only displayed;

  • The day after fulfillment has occured
  • For systems that belong to the same project the quote was accepted for in Helios.
    • We can not suggest serial ID’s foro bulk purchases.

Serial ID’s are available on all products and product packaging.

Yes, it is possible to setup MyAutarco at any stage after the serial ID’s are known.

We recommend you successfully establish a monitoring connection and confirm we are receiving data before you give end customers access.
