Tips and Shortcuts in Remote Survey
The inverter can not detect a connection to the grid.
Possible causes are;
- The AC Switch is off
- An RCD has flipped
- The grid code is not set correctly
- Ensure that all switches, breakers and fuses are working well and in the “On” position.
- Check the grid standard
- Turn the DC Switch Off and measure the AC voltages.
This is an inverter driven issue.
Issue Creation
If the inverter sends a single message with this type of alarm in a 24hr period an issue will be created.
Resolution:
If a 24hr period passes with good production, and not futher alarms, the issue will be automatically resolved.
