Customer Profile

You can access your “Profile” in the main header from within anywhere in Helios.

The Helios Profile page shows your own company information, including contact and financial. 

Depending on what features are used the profile looks something like this:

 

Your profile includes;

  • Company information
  • MyAutarco Contact information
  • Frequently used addresses
  • Contracted Installers
  • Your company logos
  • Templates and fonts for end customer offers
  • Your Staff access to Helios, See Web Accounts

To change address, Using the edit button on the right upper side you can choose to edit ->  Addresses.

You can determine which address to use for your standard material deliveries to your warehouse (Default Shipping) and your registered company address (Default Billing).

You can add as many frequently used addresses as you want here and they will all display as possible delivery addresses on quotes.

Unless Autarco is the O&M Provider, End Customers will see the contact details you provide here when they log in to MyAutarco.

Furthermore on the profile page you can add a contracted installer. This installer can see features of all your projects such as engineering and bill of material.

A contracted installer can also be added at a project level.

You can upload two Company logos that will be used on reports that you generate from Helios, such as end customer offers and system reports.

  • Logo for use on white backgrounds
  • Logo for use on dark backgrounds.

Images should be jpg, png or gif. Max 2MB file size.

When you generate end customer offers for your customers this offer should be branded like your company.

You can change colours, fonts and custom texts that are used on your end customer offers.

Please note that end customer offers are a restricted access feature. Please contact your sales rep if you do not have access.
