MyAutarco End Customer Access

When a system’s initial monitoring setup is completed, a MyAutarco web account will be created for the primary end user. The primary end user is shown on the system page and can be changed by going to Design -> System Properties.

After the initial Setup, Dealers can add additional End Customer emails from the System page and clicking on Asset Management -> MyAutarco Access.

When new emails are added they will automatically be sent a welcome email with initial password.

All users with access to Helios will simultaneously have access to the list of systems that have been installed by the Dealer Account.

Users need to have “Access to MyAutarco” permissions enabled on the Helios Web Account.
