Guarantees & Maintenance Dealer Preferences

On the Guarantee & Maintenance Preferences page you can select two sets of preferences, that will be filled by default on every new system you create:

  • Systems < 30kWp
  • Systems ≥ 30kWp

You can then customize and change the Guarantee & Maintenance Settings for each individual system.

The system level Guarantee & Maintenance Settings will have an impact on how system reports and end customer offers are populated.

Make sure to save your changes before exiting the page.

A Conditional Contract can be generated at any time prior to submitting the system for registration. To create a Conditional Contract,

  1. from the System Page go to ‘Asset Management’ -> ‘Guarantee & Maintenance’ (OR) Click on the Performance Guarantee description in the system information section.
  2. Click on Print Conditional Contract in the top right.

Conditional Contracts have no legal validity and are just for informational purposes only.

The contract reflects the current Guarantee & Maintenance Settings as well as the Digital Twin at the time of the contract creation.

After Registration is complete and we have verified the system is performing as expected, we will issue the final contract for acceptance. The final contract and the conditional contract will be identical if there are no changes to Digital Twin or the Guarantee & Maintenance Settings.

Guarantee Certificates will only be available after the Beneficiary has accepted a final contract.
