From the 1st October 2020 all new quotes will be issued with inverters with a 5yr standard warranty.

The process to extend to 10 or 15 years is very simple.

To extend your inverter warranty;

1. Navigate to the system that you want to extend the inverter warranty for in Helios.
2. Add the Serial IDs for the inverters you wish to extend on the Design -> Inverters page.
   • If you accepted a quote for this specific system the serial IDs will automatically be populated the day after fulfillment.
3. In the System sub-menu, Go to Asset Management – Registration.
4. Select the desired Warranty Period and click on “Create Warranty Extension”
5. A quote will be created. Accept the quote to confirm your Warranty Extension.

The prices are the same for all customers. They are a fixed cost per inverter series.

You can ciew the extension cost by selecting “Prices” in the main heading and then choosing “Warranty extension”
