Process Overview of Registration, Verification and Performance Guarantee

The process overview of Registration, Verification, and Performance Guarantee is illustrated in the above flowchart.

The detailed steps elaborating on this process are outlined below:

Once you finish system setups, Helios will perform automatic validation.

To confirm the system’s validation status, you can navigate to the verification page on Helios (specifically under Asset Management, and then Registration).

A system passes the automatic validation when you see all check marks turn Green. A Red cross mark signifies a warning in registration. In such cases, carefully follow the Registration Steps for any necessary modifications.

After passing automatic validation, you can submit the Registration page for system verification.

Autarco Support will conduct system verification in around 14 days after you submit your request for verification. Subsequently, you will be notified of the registration status via email from Autarco Support once we process the verification.

  • When a system passes the verification, the registration is complete. You can proceed to step 4.
  • When a system fails the verification, Autarco Support will assign the system back to you. You need to make necessary modifications based on the comments provided in the email or on the Helios Registration page. Once the issues are addressed, you can resubmit the system for verification, starting again from step 1.

Note: The verification period may be extended during the winter season to ensure an adequate collection of irradiance data.

For a system that requests a performance guarantee (kWh), Autarco will create a quote for you to accept on Helios. You can find and review it on the Helios List of Quote.

If you agree to the quote, you need to accept the quote within a 30-day validation period following the successful verification. The quote will expire if you are not processed within the validation period. In this case, please contact our Support department at support@autarco.com

For systems not requiring a performance guarantee (kWh), the registration process concludes after step 4. No further steps are necessary.

Note: No quote will be generated when the total cost for the beneficiary (specifically under Asset Management, and then Guarantee & Maintenance) is less than the administration cost.

We will issue the performance guarantee contract after you accept the kWh quote.

Note: The kWh contract will only be issued after the quote for the kWh contract is accepted by the Autarco Dealer.

Once the kWh contract is issued, depending on who the Beneficiary is, either the Autarco Dealer or the End Customer needs to accept the guarantee contract. In most cases, End customers are the Beneficiaries of the contract.

The certification details will be accessible on the MyAutarco App once the contract is accepted.
