The recommendation is for separation of at least 2.5m between the PV Array and skylights or fire walls. This is to avoid fire coming from below to spread out over the solar panels.

As of end of 2020, failure to comply with these spacings will not stop successful commissioning of projects, but a note will be included in the Scope 12 report.
