Before You Start
Installers are highly recommended to verify the monitoring connection is successfully established before leaving the site.
New Customers who have not yet had monitoring setup will be directed to the installing Dealer.
You will need to allow the solar system to access your home Wi-Fi again. Follow the steps on Local Wi-Fi Connection.
The monitoring device runs on power generated from the solar panels. Troubleshooting must be done during the day.
The troubleshooting steps below only apply to the latest monitoring devices with the indicator lights and external antenna.

Is the red ‘PWR’ (power) light on the inverter on?
Are the red ‘PWR’ (power) and orange ‘COM’ (communication) lights on the monitoring stick on?
Is the green ‘NET’ (server connection) light on the monitoring device on?
