When a kWh or PR Guarantee is issued for a system greater than 30kWp, it is mandatory for an O&M contract to be in place for the full term of the guarantee.

This O&M contract can be provided by the Dealer themselves, a third party or by Autarco.

Autarco provides an O&M service for Dealers who do not have their own O&M offering. When Autarco concludes an O&M contract, the Dealer who sold the system will receive a commission.

There are many reasons why Authorized Autarco Dealers and Preferred Autarco Partners should offer Autarco O&M. The main advantages to you as Autarco dealer are:

* Recurring income. O&M contracts are usually concluded for 10 to 15 years but in some cases upto 25 years. An Autarco O&M agreement offers security to your customer, while providing a yearly recurring income stream to you as Autarco dealer.

* Meeting end-consumer demand. With Autarco O&M you will be able to meet incoming customer requests for a professional O&M contract and professional O&M execution, which will, in many cases, result in better service to your customers and a better chance of landing more projects.

* Integration with the Autarco total solution. Autarco is a market leader in terms of professional data-management and data-generation relating to the performance and asset management of solar systems. As the Autarco O&M solutions are integrated with the Autarco total solution, you are provided with a professional O&M solution for your customer base.

* Ease of use. Autarco has several options available to warrant excellent execution and ease of use. Autarco O&M will not take much of your time.

* Higher yields. A solar system has various sensitive materials and components which need regular inspection and maintenance. For solar systems coupled with Autarco O&M, Autarco is able to offer higher Performance Rations and yields.

The PREMIUM version of the Autarco O&M contract covers all the O&M requirements of the Autarco kWh guarantee contract.

The STANDARD version of the Autarco O&M contract does not cover all O&M requirements of the Autarco kWh guarantee contract,
for instance not all corrective O&M is covered by the STANDARD contract. Please contact the Autarco sales desk for detailed information.

Autarco respects that the end customer is your contact and we want to keep your sales process as simple as possible.

O&M pricing and draft contracts can be provided during the design and offer phase and Autarco is available to answer any questions, but we will not actively contact your end customer until after system registration has been completed.

The End Customer will directly sign the O&M contract with Autarco. Autarco will invoice the end customer directly for O&M and guarantee costs and then pay you (the Dealer) a commission after the initial upfront payment is received from End Customer.

Whoever is selected as the O&M Provider in Helios will invoice and receive payments from the end customer.

• O&M Provider = Dealer
  • End Customer pays the Dealer the price for Dealers own O&M service and the Performance Guarantee. This price is determined by Dealer.
  • Dealer pays Autarco the cost of the Performance Guarantee. (fixed price)
• O&M Provider = Autarco
  • End Customer pays Autarco the price for Autarco O&M and Guarantees. (fixed price)
  • Autarco pays Dealer the commission over the O&M and Guarantees (fixed price)

When the Dealer provides their own O&M service to the end customer, the Dealer is in full control of what price the guarantee and their own O&M service is offered at.

When Autarco provides the O&M service, the price paid by the end customer and commission received by the Dealer are fixed.

When Autarco provides our O&M service, the contract is provided directly to the beneficiary of the Performance Guarantee which is usually the end customer.

Fast and effective responses are necessary to provide optimal O&M service, so we require a direct contact with the end customer.

There are two possible situations when Autarco would provide O&M to a Dealer;

1. The Dealer is the beneficiary of the Guarantee
2. There is no Guarantee issued.

There are no discounts on commissions paid to Dealer when they are the beneficiary of O&M and/or guarantees.
