Grid: Grid Under Voltage (UN-G-V)

The inverter has detected grid voltage lower than the selected grid standards operating range.

The most likely cause is the grid code is not set correctly.

High resistance in the AC circuit is another possible cause.

  1. Check the grid standard is correct.
  2. Turn the DC Switch Off and measure the AC voltages.
  3. Does the inverter LCD match the measured AC readings? If not a measurement circuit may have failed. Please raise a case.

Alternatively a custom grid setting with lower voltage limit can be set with the permission of the utility or facility owner.

This is an inverter driven issue.

Issue Creation

If the inverter sends a single message with this type of alarm in a 24hr period an issue will be created.

Resolution:

If a 24hr period passes with good production, and not futher alarms, the issue will be automatically resolved.
