Forgotten Password
End Customers can directly go to MyAutarco login page and click on “Forgot your password”.
If the End Customer can not remember the email used you can retrieve this from Helios by going to the relevant system page and clicking on Asset Management -> MyAutarco Access.
Go to the Helios login page and click on “Forgot your password?”
